Let’s be clear—this is not a rum. But it sure as hell tastes like rum. It’s our own special recipe, a tip of the hat to our mates from the northern end of the Birdsville Track. If you’re partial to a bit of the old Queensland diesel, then this one’s for you.

Yes, we’re aware of the irony in naming such a smooth spirit after 617km of rough dirt track. This spirit really puts the ‘ooh’ on Oodnadatta—silky, smooth and smoky. It’ll light a fire in your belly. It’s inspired by Scotch style whiskeys. But let’s be straight —this is definitely not a whiskey.
